Many Christian missionaries and church staff spend their careers giving away what others would have saved. Retirement Preparedness exists to help those leaders reach the end of decades of ministry with a plan, not a question mark.
What it is
Preparing for the years after ministry.
Most ministry salaries cover today, not tomorrow. Pay is modest and often stays flat for years, without the raises other careers offer. So many faithful leaders reach retirement with very little saved, not because they didn't want to, but because there was never room to.
Retirement Preparedness is our initiative to change that story: helping Christian leaders understand where they stand, make a realistic plan, and build the long-term stability their service has earned.

This initiative is taking shape.
Retirement Preparedness is not yet open for applications. It will serve Christian missionaries and church staff within the Antioch Movement. We are building it carefully, in conversation with leaders, churches, and partners who understand what is at stake.
