Chief Giving Officer + Board Member
Chris brings over two decades of experience in pastoral leadership, nonprofit strategy, and marketplace innovation. As Chief Giving Officer, he cultivates generosity and builds practical pathways meeting real needs. He has served as associate, lead, and executive pastor, sits on the U.S. board of Resource Global, and has led in nonprofit and business sectors. Married to Christie since 2004, father of four: Micah, Gavin, Sawyer, and Shannelle.
Board Chairman
Seasoned executive with over two decades leading across real estate, construction, aviation, financial technology, and nonprofits. Currently CEO of Rivergate Capital Partners. He helped launch Mercy House (a drug rehabilitation facility) and spent the first two years of his marriage serving a church in Sheffield, England. Later led his family's software business as President from 2015, overseeing significant growth and acquisitions. Bachelor of Arts in Religion from Baylor University. Married to Lindsey since 2006, three children: Addyson, Caleb, and Emma Grace.
Board Member
Strategic, results-driven executive with proven success building ventures across multiple industries. Currently President of Rivergate Capital Partners and Rivergate Enterprises. Partner in Advantage Aircraft Services Inc., Paso Arroyo Construction, and Rivergate Lawn and Landscape. Founded and led Aspen Eye Technologies (2011 to 2023), providing strategic planning and marketing to ophthalmic and genetic testing companies. Earlier, spearheaded Western U.S. expansion of Carpenter Bus.
Board Member
Baylor University graduate with a degree in Entrepreneurship and a background in ministry and community leadership. Worked in Sheffield, England with AMI supporting college students and young adults, helping launch children's ministry. Since returning to Waco, has held various volunteer leadership roles including President of the Parent, Teachers, and Friends organization, Chair of the Teacher Appreciation Committee, Co-President of Belles and Brass (Waco Symphony Council youth program), and former Junior League of Waco member. Remains active in church, school, and community programs. Married to Greg since 2006, three children.
